1. Returns and Refund Policy:
We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be the perfect fit, or may not meet your expectations. Our goal is to make the return process as seamless as possible.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. The product must not be damaged in any way and must not be altered or modified from its original condition. The return must be initiated within 14 days of the original delivery date. If you fail to initiate a return within this time frame, we may refuse the return.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team at info@opulentbathinteriors.com with your order number and reason for return. Once the return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., if the wrong product is shipped, or it arrives damaged). We recommend that you use a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team and confirmed to be in its original condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, some items such as opened software, cannot be returned. These items will be marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
2. Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, you must return the original item following our return procedure and place a new order for the desired product.

Provide your order number and details regarding the damage or defect, along with photos or videos if possible. Once we confirm that your item is damaged or defective, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including the cost of any shipping fees, if applicable. All tablets sold by Opulent Bath Interiors are covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty. The duration and scope of the warranty may vary by brand and product. Opulent Bath Interiors will assist in facilitating warranty claims with the manufacturer but is not responsible for the final resolution of the claim. If you have any questions regarding the manufacturer’s warranty, or if your tablet fails within the warranty period, contact our customer service team, and we will assist with any warranty related inquiries.
5. Order Cancellations:
You may cancel an order prior to shipment. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, and you must follow our standard return process for refunds. We reserve the right to cancel an order if inventory is not available, and we will notify you immediately. In that event, we will offer a full refund.
6. Sales Tax:
All applicable sales taxes will be charged based on the shipping address of your order. The sales tax amount will be displayed during checkout.
7. Product Availability:
All products are subject to availability. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be given the option to wait for the product to come back in stock, select a similar product, or receive a full refund.
